An ICON registered as an LSV covers real distance at real speed with four people aboard, so brakes, tires, and suspension wear at a completely different rate than a cart that crosses a golf course twice a week.
Most ICONs use hydraulic disc brakes, which need pad, rotor, and fluid service rather than the drum and cable work a traditional cart takes. Road use also means the tires need to be rated for it.
Lithium equipped ICONs mostly present as charger, wiring, or communication faults rather than dead cells. I test the pack, the charger, and the wiring, and read state of health where the system reports it.
Any pack that is swollen, damaged, or faulty is referred to the manufacturer or a certified facility. I never open, puncture, or modify a lithium pack, and no owner should either.
ICON is a newer brand, so some model specific parts take longer to source than Club Car or E-Z-GO equivalents. I will tell you a realistic timeline instead of guessing at a delivery date.
If your cart is still under factory warranty, warranty work belongs with the selling dealer. I am the option for out of warranty repair, for service the dealer is slow to schedule, and for anything you would rather have done in your own driveway.

A diagnostic with a written report is $99, brake service starts at $145, motor or controller work starts at $165, and a full tune-up is $189. Parts are quoted before I order them.
