Coastline Fix provides mobile electric bicycle repair services in North County San Diego. We come to your location, diagnose your eBike, quote the work before it begins, and complete repairs on-site where possible.
A mobile service call fee of $25 applies to each visit and is applied toward your repair total. Repair pricing is quoted before work begins based on our published service menu at coastlinefix.com/pricing. If on-site diagnosis reveals additional issues, we will quote any added work before proceeding.
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or through our website. Please provide at least 4 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment of the service call fee for future bookings.
All repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated components, subsequent damage, water damage, or misuse. Contact us within the warranty period and we will return to make it right at no charge.

We exercise professional care in all repairs. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects unrelated to the repair performed.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered at the time of service.
