What affects the offer

The battery pack drives the number more than anything else, because a replacement pack is the single biggest line item on a cart and the swing is in the thousands.

After that: brand and parts availability, model year, whether it is street legal, how hard it has been used, tires and brakes, and body condition. Coastal sun and salt air show up in the seats and the paint, and that gets priced in honestly.
