Your bikes arrive on a pallet or in boxes, partially assembled. We unbox them on site, build them properly, and haul the packaging away, so your team is not stuck cutting cardboard in a loading dock for two days.
For larger fleets we stage the work across multiple days and hand back finished bikes as we go, so part of the fleet is rentable before the whole project is done.
Guest fleets get configured differently than a private bike. We set conservative assist levels and speed limits where the bike allows it, make sure the display is simple to read, check that every light works, and confirm seat post and stem adjustment ranges fit a wide range of riders.
We can also put together a one page rider card for each model, covering how to turn the bike on, how assist works, how to lock it, and what to do if it stops. Front desk staff use it more than you would expect.
