Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

No. Leave the bike in the box. We handle unboxing, assembly, and packaging removal. Just have the battery charger handy so we can verify charging.

Can you assemble a bike I bought used or from a big box store?

Yes. We assemble bikes from any source, including Costco, Walmart, Amazon, and private party purchases that were partially disassembled for transport.

What if something is missing or damaged in the box?

We document it with photos on the spot so you have everything you need for a warranty claim with the manufacturer, and we only charge for work completed.

Do you offer assembly plus a first tune-up package?

Yes. Ask about our Assembly + 30-Day Check package. We build the bike, then come back after your first month of riding to re-torque, re-index, and adjust everything as cables stretch and parts settle.
