Coastline Fix builds recurring service into your calendar: we show up on a set schedule, inspect every bike in the fleet, fix what needs fixing on site, and leave you with a written record of what was done.

We start with a baseline visit. Every bike gets inspected, tagged with a fleet ID, and logged with its brand, model, battery, and current condition. That baseline tells us what your real service load looks like instead of guessing at it.
From there you pick a cadence. Most fleets land on monthly for bikes in daily use and quarterly for bikes that only move on weekends. We come to where the bikes live, work through the fleet, and send you the log the same day.
Each visit is a full safety pass, not a quick look. Brake pads measured and replaced before they score rotors, hydraulic bleeds when lever feel drops, tire pressure set to spec, spokes checked for tension, drivetrain cleaned and lubed, and every critical fastener torqued.
On the electrical side we check battery health and capacity, connector condition, wiring routing where salt air and vibration do their damage, display and controller behavior, and any stored error codes. Batteries that look damaged, swollen, or heat affected get pulled from service and flagged for the manufacturer. We never open a battery pack.
Contracts are quoted per bike, per visit, and the rate drops as the fleet gets bigger. Small fleets under 5 bikes are usually better served by our standard mobile rates, which start at $75 per visit. Above that, a contract almost always costs less than reactive repairs plus downtime.
Parts are billed at cost plus labor, and we quote anything outside routine service before we touch it. No surprise invoices at the end of the month.
Five or more is where a contract starts to pay for itself. Below that, our standard mobile service rates are usually cheaper, and you can still book us as often as you like.
Contracts are priced per bike, per visit, and the per bike rate drops as the fleet grows. We quote after a baseline inspection so the number reflects your actual bikes and usage rather than a guess.
Yes. Coastline Fix is fully mobile. We work in your garage, bike room, parking structure, or loading area, so no one has to haul bikes across town. We only transport a bike when a repair genuinely cannot be finished on site.
Contract fleets get priority response. Call or text us and we slot the bike into the next available window, usually same day or next day for North County San Diego.
Yes. Every bike carries a fleet ID and we log what was inspected, what was replaced, and anything we flagged. You get the record the same day, which matters for liability, warranty claims, and resale.
Yes. We check pack health, capacity, connectors, and charging behavior on every visit, and we pull any pack that shows swelling, heat damage, or impact damage out of service and refer it to the manufacturer. We never open or disassemble a battery pack.
