COASTLINE FIX

Delivery Fleet eBike Service in San Diego

A delivery eBike puts on more miles in a month than most personal bikes see in a year, and every hour it sits broken is an hour a rider is not earning. Coastline Fix services delivery and courier fleets across North County San Diego with fast turnaround on downed bikes and a preventive schedule built around high mileage use.

Downtime is the real cost

For a delivery fleet the repair bill is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is a rider standing still. We work on site, carry the consumables that fail most often, and finish the majority of jobs in one visit.

When a bike genuinely cannot be fixed on the spot, we tell you that up front instead of stringing the job out across a week.

What high mileage fleets actually need

Delivery bikes fail in predictable ways: brake pads gone in weeks instead of months, chains and cassettes stretched out, spokes loosening from curb hits and heavy loads, tires cut up by road debris, and battery packs cycled hard every single day.

A preventive schedule catches all of that before it strands a rider mid shift, which is the whole point of servicing a working fleet instead of reacting to it.

Battery safety for working fleets

Fleets charge a lot of packs in one place, often in a back room, which makes charging practice a genuine safety issue rather than a formality. We check pack health and capacity, inspect connectors and wiring, and review how and where you charge.

Any pack with swelling, heat damage, impact damage, or a charging fault comes out of service and goes back to the manufacturer or a certified facility. We never open, puncture, or disassemble a battery pack, and neither should your riders.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you get a downed delivery bike back on the road?

Most jobs are finished on site in a single visit, and fleets on a service agreement get priority scheduling, usually same day or next day across North County San Diego.

Do you service delivery bikes on site?

Yes. We come to your restaurant, depot, commissary, or wherever the bikes are parked, so riders are not spending a shift transporting a bike to a shop.

How often should a delivery eBike be serviced?

Far more often than a personal bike. Daily use typically means a full service pass every 4 to 6 weeks, with brake pads and drivetrain parts checked at every visit.

Which brands do you work on?

Rad Power, Aventon, Super 73, Lectric, Juiced, and most hub motor and mid drive eBikes, including Bosch, Shimano, and Bafang systems. We also service regular cargo and utility bikes.

Can you help with charging and battery safety at our location?

Yes. We check pack health and charging behavior, inspect connectors, and review your charging setup. Any damaged or faulty pack is removed from service and referred to the manufacturer. We never open a battery pack.

Do you offer a contract for delivery fleets?

Yes. Most delivery operators run a recurring eBike fleet maintenance contract with priority response, since a scheduled visit costs far less than riders sitting idle.
