Find a VanMoof capable mechanic. The bikes have proprietary parts and require specific tools. Confirm the mechanic has worked on VanMoof S3, X3, S5, or A5 before you book.
Use the workaround apps. The community app Bikey and third party services now handle firmware, unlocks, and basic diagnostics that used to require VanMoof HQ.
