What does an electrical diagnostic cost?

$75 to $150 depending on complexity. Simple no power faults sit at the $75 base. Intermittent faults, mid drive systems, or DIY conversions can run $150.

Do you decode Bosch error codes like 500 and 503?

Yes. We keep the Bosch and Bafang code books on the van and can decode most error codes on the spot.

My bike randomly cuts out under load, what is it?

Common causes: battery sag from aged cells, controller heat derating, a loose battery contact, or a failing brake cutoff switch. Diagnostic finds the real one.

Can you fix DIY conversions?

Usually yes. Bafang, Tongsheng, and generic mid drive kits are all serviceable. We do not warranty the DIY install work itself but we can bring it back to running order.
