Rinse gently with low pressure water and dry it, then relube the chain. Never use a pressure washer on an eBike, and keep water away from the battery contacts, display connector, and motor cable entry.
It is common, and it is usually sand and salt residue in the drivetrain and on the rotors rather than a failed part. It still needs cleaning and inspection, because grinding paste in a drivetrain wears expensive components fast.
